Shake well before first use or if you have not used the roll-on for some time. To help with application be sure to hold the bottle upside down at a slight angle to the skin. To help “prime” the roller ball, press down and roll-back and forth over the area you want to treat until the roller becomes saturated with product.
Apply on painful joints and muscles as needed. Use before and after exercise. Can be layered with other Sacred Essentials™ products such as our Infused Pain Balm and Infused Pain Lotion.
