Sacred Essentials™ CBD Wellness Tinctures
Start with 3–6 drops sublingually (under the tongue), hold for at least 10 and ideally 30 seconds, then swallow.

Using tinctures sublingually allows them to absorb efficiently into the bloodstream without first being digested.
It is best to hold the tincture under your tongue ideally for 30 seconds before swallowing.
